About the company
Hisense, official sponsor of the FIFA world championship 2018™, was founded in China in 1969. Today, it is one of the leading manufacturers of flat-screen TVs, home appliances (fridge / freezer, kitchen utensils) as well as air conditioning. Moreover, its portfolio includes mobile phones, tablets and other technology solutions for end users and B2B clients. Products
In the first quarter of 2016, Hisense was the third largest supplier of TVs in the world. Its wide range of high-quality TV models includes highly affordable HD and Full HD models as well as large-size 4K UHD TVs with HDR support. Selected premium models make use of the Hisense-developed display technology ULED (Ultra-LED) for vibrant, contrast-rich and razor sharp images, even in fast-paced scenes.
Another highlight is the white goods segment. In its home market China, Hisense was the second largest refrigerator manufacturer in the first quarter of 2016, and also the fourth largest provider of air conditioners. Especially the refrigeration and freezing solutions are also popular internationally. They include several designs including Side-by-Side, French-Door and Multi-Door, as well as innovative technologies such as degerm & SPA for better food preservation. The same goes for the Hisense washing machines, which offer technologies such as Power Jet Wash for profound and quick cleaning or the ”Snowflake” drum for delicate laundry.
In its different markets around the world, Hisense is also present with a variety of other products including attractive smartphones, tablets, Chromebooks, EPOS systems and other solutions for consumers and B2B clients. The company‘s innovative technologies and designs have already won several international awards.

Company sites and target markets
Hisense owns 18 overseas branches, 13 production sites and 12 R&D centers all around the globe, including regional offices in Europe, North America, Australia, Africa and Southeast Asia. Hisense Europe, Hisense Germany and the European R&D centre are located in Düsseldorf. Other European offices can be found in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy and Czech Republic. Hisense products are currently available in over 130 countries. Hisense cooperates closely with retailers in order to offer its customers high quality service on a local level.
